Mischa Morgenbesser heads the Public Law team and is also a recognized specialist in energy law. He advises and represents public-sector entities, municipalities, electric utilities, as well as private companies and individuals on complex issues involving public law and energy law. His practice focuses in particular on administrative law, municipal law, and constitutional law, as well as public contract law and issues related to public procurement and energy law. In addition, he regularly assists clients in permit, concession, and appeals proceedings before administrative agencies and courts.
