Public Law

Administrative, Municipal, and Constitutional Law

Companies, public institutions, and private individuals are regularly confronted with complex issues of public law. Our practice focuses in particular on administrative and administrative judicial proceedings, municipal and constitutional law, state liability, and permit and concession proceedings. Other areas of focus include public employment law, as well as advising and representing clients in proceedings concerning political rights before administrative authorities and courts.

Public Procurement Law

Public procurement places high demands on bidders and contracting authorities. We have extensive experience in managing requests for proposals and award procedures, as well as in all phases leading up to the award decision. In addition, we represent bidders and contracting authorities in appeals proceedings before cantonal and federal authorities and courts.

Public Contract Law

The drafting, negotiation, and implementation of contracts with public entities at the federal, cantonal, and municipal levels are among our firm’s core competencies. This includes service agreements, concessions, and other contractual relationships under public law. We also advise on public-private partnerships (PPPs) and other models of collaboration between the public sector and the private sector.

Transportation Law and Public Transportation

Our clients operate in the public transportation sector, particularly in rail, tram, bus, and water transportation. Our work encompasses regulatory issues, the drafting and negotiation of operational contracts, and legal support for procurement and infrastructure projects. In addition, we assist our clients in dealing with regulatory authorities and in administrative law proceedings.
