Marcel Schönbächler advises companies, institutional investors, and private individuals, particularly in the areas of real estate law, general contract law, commercial law, and corporate law. His practice focuses on providing legal support for real estate transactions, project developments, M&A transactions, and the management of extensive real estate portfolios. He regularly represents his clients in civil and commercial law proceedings before courts and regulatory authorities. In addition, he advises his clients on energy law as well as on all legal and regulatory issues related to investment foundations.
