Companies in Distress 2026

On 4 June 2026, the Schulthess Forum “Das Unternehmen in der Krise 2026” took place at the Metropol in Zurich. Our partner Dr. Daniel Hunkeler chaired the conference. Our partner Georg J. Wohl gave a presentation on “Managing Corporate Distress through Court-Supervised Composition Proceedings”.

The event addressed current issues in restructuring and bankruptcy practice. Key topics included the early detection of corporate distress, court-supervised composition proceedings, cross-border distress situations, the role of banks and the enforcement of liability claims.
