Confirmation of the composition agreement for Lerch AG Bauunternehmung

In its decision dated September 15, 2026, the Winterthur District Court confirmed the ordinary composition agreement (dividend settlement) for Lerch AG Bauunternehmung (see SOGC Publication). The debt restructuring proceedings initiated in late 2024 for the long-established Winterthur-based construction company—during which the business, along with a large portion of its workforce, was transferred to three regional construction firms—have thus come to an orderly conclusion. STAIGER Attorneys at Law Ltd served as the administrator in the proceedings and was appointed by the court as the executor of the composition agreement. The administrator’s team consisted of Georg J. Wohl and Dr. Daniel Hunkeler (heads of mandate), as well as Sergej Schenker, Kristin Arve, and Reyhan Zetler (restructuring and insolvency associates), Aleksa Stojadinovic (tax law associate), and Rebekka Schiltknecht (employment law associate).
