Stefan Jud advises national and international clients in the areas of corporate, contract, financial markets, and insurance law. A key focus of his practice is advising on corporate acquisitions and divestitures, business succession planning, and other M&A transactions.
In addition, he advises companies and entrepreneurs on the drafting and negotiation of complex contracts, as well as on regulatory issues under financial market law. Another key focus of his practice is advising on insurance law matters. Stefan Jud regularly represents his clients in civil and commercial proceedings before courts and regulatory authorities.
