Jennifer Dürst is a litigation lawyer, mediator, strategic dispute resolution specialist and lecturer.
She has many years of professional experience in advising clients and litigating in the areas of family law, matrimonial property law, cohabitation/concubinage law, separation law and divorce law. She focuses her practice in particular on complex national and international structures, regularly with commercial and real estate background.
As her further core competence, she advises and represents clients in inheritance law disputes and acts as executor of estates. Furthermore, she focuses on national and international estate and succession planning which includes drafting marriage and inheritance contracts as well as last wills.
Jennifer Dürst has vast experience as mediator, dispute resolution specialist and collaborative lawyer in the fields of family, inheritance and commercial law. Her core competence is to support private individuals and companies in finding individual solutions.
