Alexandra Bösch

Alexandra Bösch heads the Insurance Law team. She advises domestic and international insurance clients on all matters relating to insurance and liability law, both in an advisory capacity and as a trial attorney. Her areas of expertise include the assessment of liability cases and the settlement of complex claims, particularly in the areas of business, professional, and directors’ and officers’ liability insurance. She also handles commercial law matters and insurance-specific corporate law issues. Alexandra Bösch advises on insurance contract law, including the review and drafting of contracts and policy language. She assists her domestic and international clients with regulatory matters, including the formation and licensing of insurance companies, and supports them with changes to business plans and other regulatory issues, particularly broker law. Alexandra Bösch holds the Professional Certificate for Certified Insurance Specialists and has extensive experience in the insurance industry, which she gained as a Senior Liability Underwriter and Senior Claims Counsel at renowned international insurance companies.
