DeinDeal Ltd Transfers Its Business to Realdeals SA

Within the framework of the debt restructuring moratorium in effect since August 7, 2026, DeinDeal Ltd has transferred its business and related assets to Realdeals SA. The transaction, structured as an asset deal, was supported by STAIGER Attorneys at Law Ltd in its capacity as administrator for DeinDeal Ltd, approved by the Zurich District Court on October 9, 2026, and closed on October 16, 2026. The administrator team consisted of Georg J. Wohl and Dr. Daniel Hunkeler (Heads of Mandate), as well as Sergej Schenker and Reyhan Zetler (Associates Restructuring / Insolvency).
