Stefanie Meyenhofer-Peters advises national and international clients in the fields of inheritance law, matrimonial property law, estate planning and charitable foundations. She acts both in an advisory capacity and as representative in disputes.
Particular areas of interest are complex inheritance disputes and the settlement and division of estates in a national and international context. In this respect, she also deals with art, foundation and trust law as well as philanthropy.
Stefanie Meyenhofer-Peters also specializes in the settlement of private estates in Switzerland.
In addition to her practice as an attorney-at-law, she acts as member of the board of trustees and the board of directors of charitable foundations.
