Kristin Arve specializes in debt enforcement, insolvency and restructuring law, and civil and commercial litigation. She advises and represents domestic and foreign clients before Swiss authorities and courts. 
During her time at the District Court of Zurich, she mainly dealt with bankruptcies, debt restructuring moratoriums, proceedings related to debt enforcements and bankruptcies, and the recognition of foreign bankruptcy orders. 
Moreover, being a Swiss and Swedish dual citizen, she is familiar with the needs of Swedes in Switzerland and maintains a corresponding network.
