Daniel Sauter has many years of experience in the area of company law, commercial law and the law governing corporate groups. He has advised on numerous mergers, takeovers and restructurings of international corporate groups. In this regard, he deals with cartel law, competition law and cross-border data protection law. For an international industry, banking and leasing group, he deals with quantitative selective distribution systems, financing agreements, leasing agreements and the related collateral agreements. He also advises on the introduction and implementation of cash pool structures. Apart from his activities as counsel at STAIGER, Daniel Sauter also serves on the board of directors of various companies.
