Restructuring of the Annanow Group AG, Zug

In its decision of 19 November 2024, the Cantonal Court of Zug confirmed the composition agreement (dividend settlement) concluded between Annanow Group AG, Zug (fintech start-up; hereinafter: the company) and its creditors, allowing the company to exit the debt restructuring moratorium. The company was under the supervision of the administrators Dr Daniel Hunkeler and Georg J. Wohl, both of STAIGER Rechtsanwälte AG, who have now been appointed to execute the composition agreement in accordance with its provisions.
