Jonas Stüssi and Gaudenz Geiger – new part­ners of our law firm

We are delighted to announce that, as of January 1, 2018, our long-standing associates Jonas Stüssi and Gaudenz Geiger have joined our partnership.

Jonas Stüssi joined the dispute resolution team of STAIGER in 2014. His practice focuses on litigation and arbitration on behalf of international and national clients as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings and white collar crime. His work also includes advising clients on issues of commercial law.

Gaudenz Geiger has been practicing law at STAIGER in the fields of energy law, insolvency law and debt enforcement law since 2008. He advises and represents companies in the energy sector in general and regulatory matters. He also represents clients in turn-arounds and restructurings as well as in all matters of insolvency law. His work also includes national and international antitrust law.
