Jennifer Dürst is a litigation lawyer, mediator, strategic dispute resolution specialist and lecturer. She has many years of professional experience in the fields of family law, matrimonial property law, cohabitation/concubinage law, separation and divorce law. She focuses her practice in particular on complex national and international structures, regularly with commercial and real estate background. As her further core competence, she advises and represents clients in inheritance law disputes and acts as executor of estates. Furthermore, she focuses on national and international estate and succession planning. Jennifer Dürst has vast experience as mediator, dispute resolution specialist and collaborative lawyer. Her core competence is to support private individuals and companies in finding individual solutions.
Eva Gut has been with STAIGER Attorneys at Law AG since 2005 and advises and represents national and international clients in the area of conflict management. She has extensive experience in pre-litigation support in disputes and in civil and commercial proceedings before state courts and arbitration tribunals. She is also active in the area of debt collection and bankruptcy law and deals in particular with the enforcement of claims in special and general executions. In addition, Eva Gut specialises in sports law, holds an association position in this area of law and regularly publishes on sports law decisions.
Stefanie Meyenhofer-Peters is a long-standing and experienced attorney at Staiger Attorneys at Law and advises national and international clients in the areas of inheritance law, matrimonial property law, estate and succession planning and charitable foundations.
