Focus on restructuring: Dr Daniel Hunkeler and Georg J. Wohl support SIGNA companies

Dr Daniel Hunkeler and Georg J. Wohl, partners at Staiger Attorneys at Law Ltd, are acting as administrators on behalf of three SIGNA companies in the retail sector (SIGNA European Invest Holding AG, SIGNA European Invest AG, SIGNA Retail Luxury Holding GmbH) and are overseeing their current restructuring proceedings. These recently also included the sale of participations in the operating company of the Globus luxury department stores, the English luxury department store chain Selfridges, and certain entities related to the KaDeWe department store.
